Information you provide
When you submit the SilverForge project-request form, you may provide:
- Your name.
- Your business name.
- Your email address.
- Your phone number.
- The service you are interested in.
- Information about your project or business needs.
How project requests are stored
Project requests submitted through the contact page are stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore. This allows authorized SilverForge administrators to review and manage customer inquiries through a private customer relationship management dashboard.
Public website visitors cannot use the website to view existing project requests, private internal notes or administrator account information.
How submitted information may be used
Information submitted through the website may be used to:
- Review and respond to your request.
- Contact you by email or phone.
- Discuss project requirements.
- Prepare an estimate or project quote.
- Schedule a follow-up conversation.
- Manage an active or potential project.
- Provide support for an existing service.
Administrator authentication
The private SilverForge CRM uses Firebase Authentication. CRM access is limited to signed-in accounts that have an active administrator role in the SilverForge Firebase database.
Website analytics
SilverForge uses Google Analytics to understand general website activity, such as page visits, device types, traffic sources and interactions with website content.
Analytics information is used to understand how the website performs and which pages may need improvement. SilverForge does not intentionally send project-form message contents to Google Analytics.
Third-party services
The website uses or may link to services operated by third parties, including:
- GitHub Pages for website hosting.
- Google Firebase for database and authentication services.
- Google Analytics for website-usage measurement.
- Google Play or other application-distribution services.
- Social media platforms linked from SilverForge content.
These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Data retention
Project-request information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request, manage a potential or active project, maintain business records, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.
Leads that are no longer needed may be deleted from the SilverForge CRM by an authorized administrator.
Information security
SilverForge uses Firebase Authentication and Firestore security rules to restrict access to stored lead information. However, no internet-based storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You are not required to submit the project-request form. You may contact SilverForge through the contact page if you have a question about information you previously submitted or would like to request its correction or deletion.
Application privacy
Individual SilverForge applications may collect or use different information depending on their features. Application-specific privacy information may be provided through the application, its official store listing or a separate policy.
Policy changes
This privacy information may be updated when SilverForge changes its website, CRM, applications or business services.
